Stuffed Jalapeño’s


Ingredients
1-2 Jalapeño per person (deseeded)
1 Sweet Italian sausage
1 Slice maple bacon for each Jalapeño
1/2 Cup panko bradcumbs 

Instructions
1.       Wash and slice top of Jalapeño and deseed.
2.       Stuff Jalapeño with sausage stuffing (Add favorite cheese as optional)
3.       Wrap Jalapeño with bacon, start by covering the top and spiral wrap down the pepper
4.       Place pepper in breadcrumbs and pour some breadcrumbs over top
5.       Place pepper facing up against side of grill or in a pepper rack
6.       Bake indirect heat for 30-40 minutes or until bacon is crispy
